GTS Belgium, а partner of ORANGE, has approached us recently.
Each month they had 30 new connections to the internet communication and television services.
The goal was to increase the volume at least twice by social network.
By doing that the client saves time on processing the requests and gets quality leads.
The cost of contract is 30 euros in average.
Comercial Investment payback - 950% if the new clients stay for 12 months.
We worked on google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with monthly budget 1000€.
Daily the Client gets 10 leads in average which costs 3€ per day.
During first 2 weeks entrepreneurs audiences were tested by different interests groups.
But they had shown unsatisfactory results with high cost per impression, click and lead.

The most efficient audiences are:
The audiences with logistics business interests, business and entrepreneurship.
Also retarget base was launched on Facebook, but due to its small size there is no great use in long term promotion. We got back to it after 1 month and decreased the cost of request by 2.5 time to 2€.

The advertisement performance had been improved due to optimization and testing new settings. And also by increasing attrition window which means taking in account new users activities on the website and audience search including those, who has already performed a target action
In a month time audience response also becomes more positive according to CTR and CPM indicators, excluding target promotions.

As a result we have received 50 leads in total in one month.
The price for lead is less than 6 €.

Floral Dream is a floral online-store in Singapore. Before working with us, payed traffic had never been sent to the online store’s website.

The work plan was based on the holidays in Singapore, specifically:
◦ Christmas
◦ Chinese New Year

Goal: to launch an advertisement campaign to receive requests from the website and to use our 60-days formula.
Result 1:
During the test period the audience with the following interests was tested: Christmas tree decorations, Christmas tree, new year, holidays, interior design.
The cost per request was decreased from 10,47$ (14.5 SGD) to 7,22$ (10 SGD) by optimization advertisement campaign, audience segmentation and offer modification.
Commercial CTR has reached 7%, with standard rate on FB 1-2%. There were 39 sales in 3 weeks and the profit was 3529$ (4890 SGD).

Result 2:
When the Christmas holidays were over, we have started to work on promotion for the Chinese New Year. Our customer had prepared better this time, when we made a new ads bundle and new promo videos and pictures.

The advertising campaign had lasted for 2 weeks and the result exceeded previous results and customer’s expectations.
During the testing period the audience with following interests was tested: Chinese New Year, decorations, holidays, birthday person’s friends (0-7 days).
The amount of sales was 42 in 2 weeks with the profit 4691$ (6500SGD), with the price per request 7,94$ (11SGD).

We also set the record CTR level - 8,3%.
Using a marketing strategy in 60 days first results are expected in 30 days and then after 30 more days we scale the promotion campaign and advise to expand the business.
